In the event of the eventual purchase price being greater than the deposit paid, all remaining funds must be paid, via the link provided, within 48 hours of the event date (October 29 2025).
The cost of the courier from the Frances O studio to the given address will be the responsibility of the stylist, and will therefore be deducted from this deposit.
Any pieces worn outside the agreed-upon fitting will incur the full purchase price.
The responsibility for the return of any unused and unwanted pieces will fall to the stylist. Returns are to be made on the morning of October 30 2025. Any pieces kept after this date will incur either the late fees agreed upon in the Letter of Responsibility or the full purchase price of the item, depending on whether or not they are intended to be returned.
